Mozaik Hospitality Shines the Light on Awarded Cases

Foraying into the digital scene of hospitality, Mozaik Hospitality was honored with 6 awards in this year’s Tourism Awards for the development of outstanding digital and video campaigns and content, for innovative use of technology and an extensive range of holistic digital marketing solutions.

The winning cases in digital marketing for Mozaik hospitality were carefully thought through and implemented by an expert team of professionals having both the experience and know-how to handle any challenge. 

KIANI (Silver Tourism Award)

The Objective

We were asked to design a modern, refined and commercial responsive website that will serve the modern needs of the user and be SEO friendly so as to retain the organic rankings and achieve traffic and revenue growth from the organic channel.

The Solution

The first step was to change the infrastructure of the website by integrating new wireframes, reorganizing the content, updating any pages that were underperforming, add new landing pages and create a SEO migration plan so that the new website is transferred smoothly to the new urls while maintain its organic position. Then the targeting strategy was directed towards two axes a) opportunities and b) areas of failure in order to adapt to the change of market demand. On top of that, the website’s text was optimized along with the rest of the website that was built with SEO friendly code preserving the SEO value to the new URLs. Finally, a series of Adwords performance and awareness campaigns (search, display, Gmail ads, YouTube ads) were carried out to increase direct reservations, reduce cost of sales and increase the brand awareness.

The Result

The new Seacrete website resulted in

  • 56% YoY development in traffic
  • 48% increase in revenue
  • 25% increase in direct bookings.

At the same time, the turnover generated by the search engines (paid and organic) reached 54% of the total direct turnover with an ROI 1:8 and the brand impressions increased by 8.65%, increasing the brand demand for the company.

The idea was to develop a revenue-driven booking engine offering the right tools to make informed decisions and boost your revenue.

The Solution

We have developed a reservation system with a selection of business intelligence tools designed to drive up your hotel’s online bookings.

The Objective

The goal was to achieve the best possible occupancy for the hotel, increase direct bookings through the hotel’s official website, reduce cost of sales and strengthen the hotel’s brand name.

The Solution

Since the user has many touchpoints that affect the online lifecycle of his journey we chose to follow a holistic multichannel approach. Our strategy was based on the continuous presence and promotion of the hotel, the feedback of potential clients, the expansion of clientele and their ongoing interaction. The hotel was promoted online through the online advertising platforms of Google (Google AdWords), Facebook (Facebook Business Manager), Bing Ads and Yandex (Yandex Direct). Both on-page and off-page SEO and CRO techniques were also implemented to improve the hotel’s image and ranking place in Google’s organic results, and respectively to evaluate and improve the user’s experience. These actions were based on strategic budget allocation, performance optimization, communication management as well as the effective know-how on the management and optimization of online channels. All on a platform supported by the business intelligence tools provided by Bookwize.

Results

Through the above advertising actions, the hotel has achieved an increase of revenue from direct bookings by + 36.13% YoY (Year over year: 2017 vs 2016). Our goal was to increase the hotel’s online bookings through the website and at the same time expand its clientele through awareness actions.

Solution

The strategy followed was based on constant hotel promotion, feedback evaluation, continuous interaction and client growth. The hotel’s online visibility was increased with online advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Bing and Yandex. The hotel’s social media channels were also utilized increasing the fans and interactivity. The image and ranking place of the hotel was improved with on-page and off-page optimization techniques while a series of CRO techniques allowed us to evaluate and cultivate the user experience.
